OATS AND COCONUT MUGCAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp of Broterra oats
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened grated coconut
  • Sweetener and vanilla essence to taste
  • 1 tsp peanut butter

Step by step

Mix all the ingredients in a cup, leaving the peanut butter last. 

Microwave for 1 minute.
