Spray your skillet with cooking spray and add 3 egg whites (separate and save one yolk).
Add sweetener, vanilla essence and mix beating gently with a fork or hand mixer.
Turn the heat at low temperature, add 4 to 5 tablespoons of Broterra instant oatmeal with mix seed (you can also add an extra chia and sesame) and mix with a spatula until the ingredients are integrated and brown.
Serve in a bowl with a natural yogurt base or the flavor of your choice, the fruit that you like the most and a topping such as jam or unsweetened peanut butter.
A tip: you can add 1 or 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cinnamon or cocoa or unsweetened grated coconut that is delicious.
