Preheat the oven to 180c.
Beat the eggs whites until obtained a smooth texture
Add the yolk and beat again
Add the oats, salt and baking powder little by little, finally the seeds and mix gently with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into the mold (if it is not silicone, grease it beforehand)
Add the seeds on top and cook for 30 minutes.
